Job Purpose
To drive business through Channel Partners branch staff and distribution network
Key Responsibilities
- To generate leads through activities and use enablers for lead generation
- To have minimum of 3 new customer meetings in a day
- To provide after sales service and do upselling with the existing customers
- To ensure 100% branch staff activation every quarter
- To train and skill partner staff on need based selling and product sales pitch
To ensure 100% of branches with Min of 2-3 SP license holders and support them with the same
to drive business target achievements
Key Performance Indicators
- Monthly MWPI Target Achievements (issuance) = 100%
- Branch Activation > 60%
- 13th Month Persistency > 80%
- NOP Target Vs Achievements
