Job Description

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive offline sales and achieve sales targets.

2. Identify potential clients and build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

3. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of clients' investment needs, financial goals, and risk tolerance.

4. Present our research reports, investment recommendations, and services to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

5. Provide personalized investment advice and guidance to clients based on their individual financial objectives and market conditions.

6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

7. Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide timely and relevant insights to clients.

8. Collaborate with internal teams, including research analysts and marketing, to develop customized solutions and enhance client experience.

9. Monitor clients' portfolios and investment performance, and proactively address any issues or concerns.

10. Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue generation using CRM software.
