Position: Relationship Manager (Field Sales Representative)
Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and competitive Field Sales Representative to join our
team as a Relationship Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to

successful candidate will play a pivotal role in increasing our income and revenue by
managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and

Roles and Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets: Get the sale using various customer sales methods
and achieve the set business targets on ANP and case count.
Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers through leads, natural markets,
references, and an orphan base

Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to perform
need analysis and explain our products.
Need-Based Selling: Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model to
ensure a tailored approach to each client.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Leverage the orphan base of customers to upsell
and cross-sell products.
Policy Issuance: Ensure the timely issuance of policies by resolving any
pending issues.
Post-Sales Service: Provide prompt and efficient post-sales service to all
allocated customers.
Customer Engagement: Adhere to customer touch-point engagement protocols
to effectively service your portfolio of customers.
Persistency Ratio: Maintain the desired persistence ratio to ensure long-term
client satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Collaboration: Strategize and work closely with your supervisor to
meet and exceed business numbers.
Joint Sales Calls: Collaborate with your supervisor for joint sales calls when
necessary.
