- To meet business goals as per plan. Meeting with them at regular intervals.

- Responsible for planning and executing activities for the business associates resulting in business growth.

- Assessing training requirements to business associates.

- Should have good amount of understanding about financial instrument likes Mutual Fund, Fixed Income like FD, Bond, etc.

- Candidate must be good at managing/building relationship (business).

- Candidate Should have 1 year and above experience in managing Associate channel partner of Mutual Fund AMC

- Excellent written, oral, presentation and client-facing communication skills
