Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and generate leads.
Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking events,
social media, and partnerships with industry professionals.
Conduct sales presentations and consultations with prospective clients to understand their
needs and present tailored wedding packages and services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
and satisfaction throughout the planning process.
Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
Provide guidance and support to the sales and event planning teams, fostering a
collaborative and productive work environment.
Share industry knowledge and sales techniques to enhance the team's performance and
professional growth.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the wedding/event industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.
Flexibility to work timings, and holidays as required.
