Build relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients through meetings, phone calls, and emails

Advise clients: Provide guidance on buying, selling, or investing in properties

Organize showings: Arrange and book property showings for clients

Research the market: Stay informed on local and national real estate trends and competition

Negotiate prices: Negotiate prices and other sales terms with clients

Prepare marketing materials: Create and prepare marketing materials for new listings

Promote listings: Use social media to promote new listings and increase exposure

Work with other professionals: Collaborate with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel

Report to management: Report on sales activities to top management
