About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our growing

team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with

prospective and existing clients, educating them about investment options, and

encouraging them to open demat accounts and actively invest in the stock market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients through outbound calls

and other lead generation activities.

Establish rapport and trust with potential clients by understanding their financial

goals and risk tolerance.

Effectively explain the benefits of opening a demat account and investing in the

stock market.

Present various investment options, including equities, mutual funds, and PMS,

tailored to client needs.

Guide clients through the account opening process and ensure a smooth

onboarding experience.

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing ongoing support and

addressing their queries.

Monitor client accounts and recommend suitable investment strategies for longterm growth.

Achieve individual and team targets for new account openings and trading

activity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role, preferably within the

financial services industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skil
