Experience: Min. 2 years in insurance sales/relationship role

Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard insurance agents to drive health insurance business

Manage and nurture agent relationships virtually (calls, email, video)

Train agents on products & digital tools

Achieve sales targets through agency channel

Support agents with queries, lead conversion & customer servicing

Share performance reports and ensure high agent productivity
