We, at Hans Matrimony, are looking for an outgoing relationship manager to foster strong relationships with our clients.

The relationship manager's responsibilities also include seeking out new revenue generation opportunities, providing clients with knowledgeable advice, guiding their choices, promptly resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.

To be successful as a relationship manager you should be able to build positive, long-term relationships and support clients in the decision-making process by identifying solutions that most closely meet their needs.

Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

- Building & maintaining strong relationships with prospective & existing clients.

- Identifying clients' needs & requirements & working on match fixation.

- Resolving complaints & issues efficiently & in a timely manner.

- Researching & pursuing new revenue generation opportunities.

- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company services.

- Meeting sales/revenue targets.

- Upselling and cross-selling services to clients.

- Renewing expired clients.

- Ensuring client satisfaction.

Relationship Manager Requirements:

- Previous Sales Experience is a must.

- Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service is an added advantage.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
