Job Title: Relationship Manager Agency (Life Insurance)

Key Responsibilities:
Agency Recruitment & Development:
Identify, recruit, and onboard life insurance agents and advisors.
Conduct induction and regular training to ensure productivity and compliance.
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive sales through recruited agents to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
Ensure quality business with high persistency ratios.
Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with agents to retain and engage them long-term.
Provide support and guidance for business generation and customer servicing.
Field Support:
Accompany agents on client visits, presentations, and policy closures.
Provide product knowledge and objection-handling support in the field.
Business Monitoring:
Track and review agent performance regularly.
Ensure timely reporting and updates to leadership via MIS and CRM tools.
Compliance & Ethics:
Ensure agents adhere to IRDAI guidelines and internal company policies.
Maintain documentation and audit readiness.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any stream. MBA preferred.
Experience: 25 years in life insurance sales (agency channel preferred); insurance broking experience is a plus.
