key responsibilities:

• client relationship management: establish and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with the products or services provided.

• client onboarding and support: guide new clients through the onboarding process, helping them understand products or services, and providing ongoing support.

• sales and business development: identify opportunities to sell or cross-sell products to clients and assist in expanding the client base through referrals and networking.

• problem resolution: address client issues or concerns, working to resolve them promptly and ensuring that clients feel valued and heard.

• strategic guidance: serve as the client’s primary point of contact, providing expert advice, product knowledge, and proactive suggestions that help clients meet their objectives.

• collaboration: work closely with internal departments, such as telesales, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met and issues are handled effectively.

• contract management: assist in negotiating contract terms and renewals, ensuring that clients are aware of all available options.

qualifications:

• education: bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• experience: 2-5 years in client-facing roles, preferably in insurance 5sales, banking product sales, account management,

• shift: 10:00am- (monday-saturday).

• salary: freshers-12k- 20k / exp: negotiable.
