Experience - 1 to 5 Years in General Insurance
Salary - Maximum upto 6 Lacs + reimbursement (24K)
Qualifications:
Graduate/ MBA (masters preferred) with minimum 1/2 years of experience in insurance.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably business sourcing from dealer partners.
Strong understanding of insurance products, dealer networks, and market dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster productive relationships with dealers channel.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Dealer Channel.
Recruit a new dealerships channel partners and provide the service.
Achieve Monthly Recruitment and Business Targets.
Act as the primary point of contact for your Dealers partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, Operations, marketing, and product development, to align strategies for D2D sales.
Identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize the business from the dealer partners.
Negotiate terms, pricing, among the dealer partners.
