Designation - Relationship Manager
Role
FLS acts as an interface between the company & customers. He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
The Primary responsibility is to drive the Insurance sale.
Description of Role
- Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained.
- Represents Edelweiss Tokio to all customers.
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).
- Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT. - Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
- Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
- Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.
- Be a Insurance solution provider for our customers.
- Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.
- Customer Servicing. - Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms - Policies & processes.
Education & Experience
12th Pass minimum (Graduate preferred)
6 months of Direct Sales Experience Across product or services
Previous assignment should be minimum 6 months
Salary Range - to LPA (Max)
Experience Required : Minimum 1 year of Experience in LI in any channel.
