We are looking for candidates in sales (B2B) Specially interacting with CEO / Directors in Client organization with a pleasing personality, boundless energy, and enthusiasm to work in a rapidly growing organization
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Business Expansion
- Responsible for business generation through New Accounts in the specified geographical area
- Proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales and handling clients efficiently
- Setting targets and take corrective action when needed, review performance with team members
- Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures
- Handle marketing initiatives and alliances in the assigned territory
- Manage customer discovery and establish first connect
- Lead hunting and calling on them to schedule a meeting
- Physically meet the customers.
- Maintain follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales pipeline and maintain healthy relationships with customers
- Explain our Offerings in detail. If needed, give them training.
- Experience in the overseas education industry would be preferred but not mandatory.
Traveling:
- Frequent traveling will be required. Both in-city and out-station depend on the favorable zone.
- All traveling expenses will be paid by the company at standard industry
