Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager – (Property Loan Sales)

Hiring for Leading Client

Experience : -1-4 years

Location : Kandivli Mumbai

 * Good Communication skills.

*Language - English, Regional Language and Hindi desira*Computer literate

* Word / Excel / e-mail / Web-based system

* Home loan / Mortgage Loan/ Loan against Property selling experience highly preferred.

 Must have good experience of industrial contacts with Banking, Finance companies.

Male mandatory

Any graduate / UG with Relevant Experience of DSA/BPO Industry Sales will be preferred

 Roles and Responsibilities

* Front-end interaction, field travel, and Customer interface

* Recommending apt home loan product /solution and showcasing benefits

* Regular interaction with the customers through group meetings, site promotions, in office meetings and presentations

* Attending to walk-ins into branches & visiting clients at their place

* Executing Branding / Marketing activities in the catchment area

* Spearheading Documentation for legal formalities & Banking operations .

* Branding /Marketing activities.

* Meeting with clients, advising and showcasing Shubham products and benefits to the customers thereof.

* Responsible for promotional activities including group meetings, presentations as well as developer site promotions.

* Responsible for front-end interaction, field travel and Customer interface.

* Regular interaction with the customers through group meetings, site promotions, in office meetings and presentations.

* Spearheading Documentation

* High Customer service and Customer-conversion Orientation; High initiative

* Excellent Selling and Persuasion skills with confidence to engage customers.
