Job Description

A Relationship Manager in the Insurance Sector, Agency Channel Creation role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with insurance agents and brokers to develop a robust agency network, driving new business through them by promoting the company's insurance products while ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets within the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Recruitment and Development:

Identify and recruit potential insurance agents and brokers to expand the agency network.

Conduct thorough training programs to educate agents on company products, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.

Regularly monitor and evaluate agent performance to provide feedback and coaching for improvement.

Relationship Management:

Establish strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within agency partners.

Actively engage with agents through regular communication, visits, and support to understand their needs and challenges.

Address concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.

Sales and Business Development:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve agency channel sales targets.

Promote new product launches and cross-selling opportunities to agents and their clients.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate agents about the benefits of the company's insurance offerings.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Collaborate with agents to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.

Provide support to agents in qualifying leads and converting them into paying customers.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure agents adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and company policies.

Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Regularly report on agency channel performance to senior management.
