Roles and responsibility : Will be handling a Team of Interns and drive them for Digital Online Sales. Meeting Placement Directors/Officers of MBA/ BBA Colleges in Assigned Territory. Giving Presentations to them about Internship Programme.
Interview & select the interns. Will be responsible for Training, Mentoring & Coaching the Interns.
Responsible for End to end Digital Sales. Should be proficient in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Market Expansion and Key Account Management for digital customers. Demonstrate excellent sales & marketing skills and drive profitable objectives to realize online sales. Should create network of MBA/BBA colleges.
Be responsible for preparation of communication / marketing material, including presentations for sharing with the institutes/ colleges; Work with internal teams to ensure compliance guidelines are met and brand building efforts are in line with Marketing guidelines. Act as the key contact for the institutes / colleges for SLIC (Shriram Life Insurance Company) and effectively manage any issues or escalations. Prepare various dashboards and reports on the channel performance like sales reports, profitability, product-mix, etc portfolio mix, market penetration, etc. and share critical insights with HoD
Ensure regular and accurate update of data on the systems.
