This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager cum Dealer in Unlisted & Pre-IPO shares. The position is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Responsibilities include:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

2. Market Research:

- Stay updated on market trends and conduct thorough research on potential investments.

3. Due Diligence:

- Assess the financial health and risks of companies offering unlisted or Pre-IPO shares.

4. Product Knowledge:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of unlisted securities and Pre-IPO shares.

5. Transaction Execution:

- Facilitate smooth buying and selling of shares.

6. Risk Management:

- Manage and mitigate risks associated with investments.

7. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

8. Communication:

- Keep clients informed about market developments and regulatory changes, providing them with guidance regarding unlisted and Pre-IPO shares, executing trades on behalf of customers.

9. Customer Education:

- Conduct educational sessions to enhance client understanding.

10. Networking:

- Build a network of industry contacts.
