Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with partner institutions (Banks, NBFCs, MFIs).
Drive business through partner branches by promoting credit-linked life insurance products.
Coordinate with the partners sales and credit team to ensure seamless insurance bundling.
Conduct regular product training, joint field calls, and ensure process adherence.
Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets (premium and lives covered).
Monitor and improve policy issuance TAT, persistency, and claim settlement experience.
Provide timely MIS and business reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes.
Work closely with underwriting and operations teams for smooth policy issuance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly and quarterly premium targets
Activation of partner branches and field force
Number of joint calls and trainings
TAT for policy issuance
Persistency and claim ratio
Partner satisfaction and relationship depth
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
26 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in credit life/group business
Prior experience in managing NBFC/MFI/BFSI partnerships is a plus
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Strong analytical and coordination abilities
Willingness to travel extensively for partner engagement
