Servicing clients with their end-to-end requirements
Contacting potential customers/accounts via E-mail, Phone calls, WhatsApp.
Competitor analysis: Should be aware of the work being done by the competition and come up with strategies to acquire those accounts
Providing management with client / market feedback
Arranging and closing business meetings with prospective clients
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Interpersonal skills to communicate and coordinate with clients
Willing to make calls for outreach and sales
Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives.
Use solution-selling and value-selling techniques to guide sales process to close.
Develop business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns.
Upsell and use business from established customer relationships.
Use CRM solution to provide accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
Work with management to provide forecasts, identify trending opportunities / challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Resolve client issues; escalate issues to manager.
Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may affect client business activities.
Use important customer relationships for video testimonials and case studies.
