Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our professional healthcare team in the United Kingdom. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and medical support. This role is particularly suited to individuals currently overseas, looking to move and work in the UK.
Responsibilities:
Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.
Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment.
Monitor and coordinate patient care from pre-admission to post-discharge.
Follow patient care plans by best nursing practices.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners.
Provide compassionate care to patients and their families, addressing concerns and answering questions to ensure understanding and comfort.
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to share expertise and knowledge.
Implement patient discharge plans, coordinating with other healthcare providers as necessary.
Assist in emergency nursing procedures necessary for prompt control of changes in patients physical condition.
Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards, as well as legal responsibilities.
Keep up to date with the latest developments, treatments, and medical advancements in your field of practice.
Qualifications:
A nursing degree or diploma.
Current and valid registration or license to practice nursing in your home country.
In the process of completing or willing to undertake the UK NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) registration process.
IELTS or OET certificate to meet the UKVIs English language requirements.
A minimum of one-year clinical experience in a hospital setting.
Understanding and commitment to comply with legal, ethical, and work standards.
Excellent patient care and clinical skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Excellent communication skills.
