The regional sales manager will be responsible for the sales and business development in the allotted area for the leading Xylem Learning company in Kerala, need to handle a sales representative team of 35 No.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with sales reps execute a sales goal for the region.
Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
Assisting sales personnel in their appointments and sales closing.
Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, targets and regular meetings.
Reviewing sales executive’s performance and recommending improvements.
Initiating all the marketing activities to promote Xylem in the allotted region.
Monitoring the staffs in the region.
Sales analysis and dash board analysis in the CRM.
Maintaining Xylem standard by the Sales reps – Attire, presentation skills, communication.
Conducting review meetings with sales rep.
Reporting to the zonal manager – regional sales, target Vs achievement.
