JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
1. Will be responsible for achieving sales target and market expansion.

5. Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses.

9. Recruiting, hiring and mentoring new employees.

Should have good contacts to Architects, Interior Designers & Builders.
Through knowledge of Hyderabad, Telengana and A. P. Market to strengthen our foothold to start with.
Requisite Skills:
In-depth knowledge of managing a high performance sales team.
Basic computer knowledge of MS Office ( Word/Excel/Outlook).
Should have building products/materials industry knowledge.
Excellent presentation and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Analytical and data driven problem solver.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Create innovative sales ideas.
Extensive understanding of sales pipelines, processes and functions.
Ability to lead, motivate and supervise a team.
Desired/Advanced Skills:
Strong IT skills.
Experience in marketing/advertising.
Technical experience of working in a given filed.
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 8 years experience.
Previous working experience as a Regional Sales Manager would be preferable.
Having exposure in the manufacturing industry.
