Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be required to drive the business numbers from

new Merchants, Retailers, and SMEs for the unsecured business loan product.

Role:

Develop a network of direct and indirect sales teams for generating leads and business.

Establish new relationship, nurture existing relationship, train & pitch the loan product

to the best fit for the customer. Prepare action plan for effective search of leads, prospects,

referrals & DSAs

Recruiting & managing a of Sales team

Team Maintain accurate DSR, on field and off filed training for the Sales Teams

Supervising the daily activities of executives and maintaining daily MIS of the same.

Coordination with the Operations and Credit teams in maximizing the disbursals

To track the existing portfolio and ensure the near-delinquent and delinquent

Customers.
