Person handling the position would be responsible for: –
a. Business development and customer service in Gujarat/West Region in order to exceed the sales targets
b. Relationship building with customers to ensure long term sustainable gains in sales and market share for the organization
c. Sending quotations and offers within set timelines after receiving the RFQs from the customers, after coordination with HQ
d. Following up with customers on quotations for orders
e. Ensuring timely payments from the customers as per the aligned payment terms
f. Coordination with different functions to ensure timely updates are given to customers regarding their orders and dispatches
g. Understanding the technical needs of the customers and proposing solutions accordingly
This position directly reports to General Manager – Sales, who heads Global Sales for Special Ceramics
Skills and Qualifications required-
a. Bachelor/Master degree in Refractory Technology / Business Administration/Equivalent
b. Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic set up
c. Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
d. Good domain knowledge and result orientation
e. Good MS-Excel skills will be an added advantage
