Training branch managers in effective sales, collection and supervisory techniques.
Creating and communicating sales and collection targets at regular intervals.
Monitoring sales across branches to check that targets are met.
Detecting, investigating, and remedying discrepancies in sales across branches, if required.
Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision.
