· Primary job responsibility is to drive sales of product POS into the city, assist and guide the sales team for on-field exercise and achieve the target for market presence.
· Generate ideas to increase the sales by covering most of the allotted area/region.
· Document the feedback of the potential clients in a pre-defined format and assure timely follow-ups based on the remarks.
· Create brand awareness of Imprezz and POS and increase the reach into the market.
· Monitor the performance of the sales team and map different regions of the city to cover the maximum number of potential clients in minimum amount of time.
· Establish a performance benchmark for the sales team and motivate them for maximum conversion.
· Regular interaction and reporting to the AVP Sales.
· Good leadership skills to be able to manage a team of 10 or more sales personnel.
· Should be approachable and well-spoken.
· Should possess good data management skills and should be well-versed with MS-Excel.
· Must have a convincing personality with good oral and written communication skills in English and other regional languages.
· Resident of the city of operation.
