Synopsis: Accomplish sales by servicing and expanding customer base. Create & run
campaigns to increase Sales & source new clients. Build strong Relationship Management
with the Area Sales Manager & Sales Executives of your assigned territory. This profile
would require travelling in various parts of Maharashtra, its periphery region as well as the
territory assigned to you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer profiling & market potential assessment, Market research needs to be carried out
for mapping the customers and assessing the market potential for all segments in the assigned
territory. Handling the inquiries from existing and new clients. Resolve customer complaints
regarding sales and service.
2. Develop business plan covering sales, revenue agreed targets, and promoting the
organizational objective.
3. Target completion, meeting the requirements of business plan as per the potential of the
assigned territory. Assessing the market readiness developing marketing strategies for new
products & for products in the pipeline.
4. Sales and market development, building and expanding the sales network across segments.
5. Reporting & forecasting, maintaining a track of client information, forecasting future
trends and change in the need/preference/behaviour of the clients. Ensuring target-oriented
performance with Cost Benefit Analysis.
6. After Sales Support, Handling queries related to After Sales Service in line with company
policy and coordinate with the related departments.
7. DSR Daily sales report to be made and submitted to the Sales Head & Key Accounts
management of all team members, along with strict monitoring of the reports with complete
details.
8. Keep a check on teams’ promotional activities, periodic product demo /sales promotional
activity with target-based objective and results.
9. Monitor sales follow-up regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and aiming
towards early closure.
