Responsibilities
- Plans and directs the SALES activities of the region in accordance with Retail center avenue objectives established by the Head of Revenue.
- Responsible for the region's Sales-Operations strategy, Market intelligence, New Customer Acquisition Success rate.
- Responsible for the sales growth of the region's Retail centre operations & accountable for continuously enhancing lead conversion rate. Establishes functional controls for sales action efficiency and monitors targeted regional performance.
- Will initiate and develop new approaches to acquire more sales leads in B2C space
- Regularly participates in/with external industry relationships & increases visibility
- Manages and guides the Admission counselors, CSLs of the region to achieve sales targets
- Guides the retails Centre Heads to achieve the sales targets
- Collaborates with Marketing team (especially BTL team) to plan and execute marketing actions for the region
- The Position will have dual reporting relationship
Education / Work experience :
- MBA with total work experience of 12+ years of which 3 years in leading B2C sales (independent role) for a region within in India.
- Preferable from RETAIL (medium format) industry; should have worked in medium to large companies and well understand the complexity of dispersed business network.
