Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.

- Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance the team's effectiveness and professional development.

- Identify new business opportunities within the region, including new customer segments, distributors, and retailers.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, distributors, and potential clients.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and take corrective actions where necessary to ensure goals are met.

- Ensure deep understanding of the companys tea packaging products and services to effectively present them to customers.

- Oversee the efficient handling of sales orders, delivery schedules, and customer service issues in the region.

- Continuously monitor industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities in the tea packaging sector.

- Develop and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving cost-effective results.

- Implement strategies for customer retention, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure the alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in the region.

- Promote and uphold the companys commitment to sustainability, quality, and ethical business practices within the region.
