KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Sales
• Responsible for territory sales
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets set by the Management
• Train the Distributor Sales personnel and drive them for generating more sales
• Present and sell company products to current and potential customers.
• Maximise Productivity: Productive Calls, Range Sales and Sales per Call
• Coordinate with SSO/SO/TSI/SR to accomplish the work required to close sales.
Product
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered
through field activity to MD.
• Up-to-date on Product Knowledge
Distribution(Placement)
• Responsible for covering designated set of Super/Distributor within their defined geography and develop &
maintain productive long term relationships with them - Responsible for adding new distributors and super,
thereby increasing reach and increasing business thereby increasing depth
• Maintain and expand Customers (outlets) within your assigned Area.
• Super/Distributor Service and Inventory Management
Promotion
• Help the Marketing Team in executing different marketing initiatives
People
• Build and manage relationships with retailer and Whole sale
• Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
• Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Give Proper training to field on and off the field
Process
• Report and provide feedback to MD
• Handling customer as well as identifying and resolving their concerns.
COMPETENCIES :
â–ª Must have knowledge of distribution and sales networks, Knowledge of distributors and FMCG route to market
â–ª Must have idea about the current trends & customer buying in the FMCG sector
â–ª Experience in demand data analysis and interpretation
