o Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
o Ability to manage long sales cycles, close complex deals, and meet/exceed sales targets.
o Experience in negotiating high-value contracts and establishing long-term client relationships.
• Technical Knowledge:
o In-depth knowledge of export industrial and marine components, including an understanding of the manufacturing, design, and application of products within these sectors.
o Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Communication and Leadership:
o Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Ability to lead and manage teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and effectively communicate with senior management.
