Hiring Regional Sales Manager for Vietnam
Job Location : Vietnam
Nationality : Local Vietnam / Must have Valid VISA to work in Vietnam
Role: Regional Sales Manager / Country Head
Reporting to : Vice President HO, India
Education : Degree in Mechanical / Electrical
Expected Qualifications & Experience
o An engineering degree / diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial or Electrical engineering
o Local language proficiency either through local residence or education for more than 10 years, or through standardized language tests
o English language proficiency either through English language education for more than 10 years, or qualification through standardized language tests
o At least 15 years experience in working with manufacturing / industrial domains,
o At least 10 years experience in Sales
o At least 5 years experience in relevant Customers & capital equipment sales
o At least 3 years of sales management experience leading a team of at least 1 sales / service engineer(s)
o Multi-organization collaboration experience (like EPC / System Integration Project Sales) / regional sales for Global Equipment Manufacturer will be an added advantage.
a. Responsible for regional sales in Vietnam manufacturing industries, both local as well as transplants from Global manufacturing companies operating in Vietnam.
i. The customer base is mainly Automotive OEMs and supply chains (Tier 1 components), and similar manufacturers of Engineering products like Engines Motors, Pumps, hydraulics, etc.. Prior working experience in these domains is essential.
ii. The business domain is Capital Equipment sales, therefore knowledge of the industry, the equipment being sold, and experience in B2B sales process is essential.
iii. Local language and culture strengths for operating in Vietnam is a must
b. Responsible to lead the regional sales and projects teams to engage with the development of business with customers, as well as developing new customers
