Job Description

The Regional Manager drives strategic growth for our high-value Hospital Information Software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry on national level, a proven track record in sales and strong client relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for marketing Hospital ERP Software solutions and related products to identify and pursue high-value opportunities in the healthcare market.

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities and potential market segments

Generate and qualify leads, build strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions and close deals to expand our customer base.

Territory identification and research to create a qualified target account list.

Lead the response process for RFIs and RFPs, ensuring thorough, accurate and timely submissions by persuasive proposals and presentations

Negotiate pricing and contractual terms in order to close sales.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, address their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions and address client-specific challenges.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging effective sales techniques and strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development and operations, to align business development efforts and ensure seamless execution.

Track sales performance, analyze key metrics and prepare regular reports on business development activities.

Oversee key account management, ensuring timely payment collection and resolving client issues.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in the healthcare or Hospital Information Software industry.
