Responsible for frequent branch visits of the respective region
Orientation, Onboarding, Background verification, Training, Employee Grievance redressal.
Employee Engagement & Employee Connect
Knowledge of Statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, Attendance, Payroll support & Exit management.
Eligibility :
MBA (HR) with minimum 1- 2 Year of exp in HR domain
Candidate from MFI -NBFC will be preferred with atleast 1 yr. exp
Sound knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel knowledge)
