ROLES:
Delivering the overall business for the region.
Responsible for managing the customer relationships in the region and on ground execution of the key strategy business imperatives.
Plan and strategize the business targets for the whole month analysing the past performance of the team.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Develop Sales Strategies and set sales target for the whole team.
Recruit salesforce, manage them and train them as per the company's requirements.
Analyze the market trends and monitor sales performance from time to time.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning on weekly or monthly basis as per company's requirements.
Identify new customers and build healthy customer relationship base.
Implement market campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a Graduate holding Bachelors degree in Business Administration or degree from any recognised university.
Must have a qualified Masters degree from a recognized university.
Have at least 5 years experience in FMCG sales management.
Have worked as Sales Representative or Area Sales Manager in the nizations at FMCG INDUSTRY.
Have a proven track record of meeting sales targets at FMCG INDUSTRY
