• Mentoring & guiding Team Member
• Maintain Relationship with Master Sub Broker/ Sub Brokers / IFA.
• Provide End to end solutions to Sub Broker keeping in view, the ultimate objective of generating revenue for the organization
• Retention of the Sub Broker / Team Members
• Regular visits to Sub Broker / Orientation to Team Members
• Organizing Marketing Campaigns for driving Tax Free Bonds/ Infrastructure Bonds / Equity IPO’s / Structured Products / PMS / FD Business / Mutual Funds through team handling direct clients and Sub Brokers
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote product and services
• Candidates with an in depth understanding of capital market products would receive preference.
• Strict adherence to compliance with the organizations policies in all interactions.
• Help Sub Broker in growth & Expansion
• Understanding Revenue generation & effective utilization of available resources to meet revenue targets from the available product mix
• MIS reporting as required by the management at regular intervals
• Recruit and train manpower on business and products
• Ensure to organize regular business associate meets, to train and update them on various products, thereby activate them to promote our product to improve the sales
• Ensure that zone achieves the product wise targets, both in terms of volume and revenue, as per the business plan
• Maintain Profitability – Meet revenue and P&L targets up to PBT levels
