Retention of the Sub Broker / Team Members
Regular visits to Sub Broker / Orientation to Team Members
Organizing Marketing Campaigns for driving Tax Free Bonds/ Infrastructure Bonds / Equity IPOs / Structured Products / PMS / FD Business / Mutual Funds through team handling direct clients and Sub Brokers
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote product and services
Candidates with an in depth understanding of capital market products would receive preference.
Strict adherence to compliance with the organizations policies in all interactions.
Help Sub Broker in growth & Expansion
Understanding Revenue generation & effective utilization of available resources to meet revenue targets from the available product mix
MIS reporting as required by the management at regular intervals
Recruit and train manpower on business and products
Ensure to organize regular business associate meets, to train and update them on various products, thereby activate them to promote our product to improve the sales
Ensure that zone achieves the product wise targets, both in terms of volume and revenue, as per the business plan
Maintain Profitability Meet revenue and P&L targets up to PBT levels
