Key Responsibilities:
1. To identify and resolve technical issues through HK Ticket Management System or through mail or through any other media.
2. To prepare training modules and provide / monitor the training to the SCO’s and the regional technical team including SA’s.
3. To collect MIS from all PCI’s and develop the MIS reports as per company policies and given guidelines.
4. To build a team in the allotted Region as per the management approved plan.
5. To liaison with local partners, local governmental / non-governmental administration with the central management of the company.
6. To organise the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reviews.
7. To handle the KRA’s of PCI/RC in their absence enact as PCI/RC as and when situation arrives.
8. To handle daily new and existing product related queries of employees and partners and resolve same.
9. To co-ordinate for whole employment cycle at regional level as per policies & given guidelines with Human Resource Department.
10. To manage all office administration including utilities, stationery, etc. for the Regional Office(s) handled by the position.
11. To report and keep in loop the immediate senior for all aspects of the work regularly.
12. Travelling extensively as per the approved travel plan.
Must be able to relocate himself based on final calls as per organizational requirements.
