RBM Role
o To achieve the targets set by the management.
o Build up a motivated team.
o To ensure total market coverage, target achievement and information flow from the team to
management.
o Continuously handle the challenges of the market keeping the HO/ ZH/ Client informed.
o Data / knowledge management.
o Create + implement a strategy to grow the region.
o Vacancy management and attrition control
o Team performance monitoring, review &management.
o Compilation of stock and sales statements.
o Succession Planning.
RBM Responsibility
o To handle dedicated client project in a geographical territory.
o Create a localized strategy to grow the region.
o Responsible for project success and ensure customer satisfaction at the regional level.
o Sales management, target achievement, inventory management and motivating field force.
o Meeting doctors, chemists and promoting client's products along with the KAMs/ ABEs/
ABMs
o Gather product / competitor specific market information from time to time.
o Monitor and manage his team in terms of values and responsibility.
o Ensure stock availability at C & F by planning with the RSP.
o An RBM submits & Ensures teams daily call report in I-SAFE reporting system.
Minimum Qualification:
o Science graduate- . / MA / BE/
Age:
o Max. Up to 40 yrs.
o Fitness- Candidate should be Physically & Mentally Fit with no communicable disease.
Should be ready for medical checkup if required.
Basic Knowledge:
o Computer XLS / Word/ Internet
o Communication skill - Fluency in English is required
o Knowledge of his/her current working domain is mandatory
