Development in Public Sector Banks, Public Sector Financial Institutions and Government
Departments.
Pay Scale As Per Industry Norms. Candidate to Advise
1. To ensure full knowledge amongst our target customers in terms to professional services
being provided by us so that a consistent pipeline of leads are generated for our professional
activities. To capture all such leads being generated.
2. To maintain and update existing database of all officials in the large corporate/ commercial
clients/ Industrial finance branches of banks and other financial institutions in the area SBI,
UBI, PNB, BOB, CB, BOI, Indian etc.
3. To meet the officials once every 7-10 days for strengthening the relationship and further
making the 40 year old brand stronger at branch and zonal office level. To build personal
relationships with key officials at branch level and zonal office level.
4. To obtain a good understanding of our services so as to be able to market the same effectively.
We will share the standard marketing literature and pitches being used.
5. To suggest and participate in marketing activities from time to time and on festivals.
6. To assist in renewal and fresh emplacements with the government banking department for
our professional services. To coordinate with SJA central office tendering department and
regional level bank offices for the same.
7. To liaison with the bank officials and the associated borrower company officials for translation
of leads into engagements and mandates for the firm. Explaining our services, negotiation and
be a lead closer for the firm.
8. To network well and build up/ harness existing connects with banks and corporates for lead
generation in our lines of work.
9. Post award of mandate to ensure coordination of customer with operational teams
