Conduct research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.

Develop, define and execute sales plans, sales scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
Liaise with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams.
Identify right resources for sales, define and assign major sales roles.
Coordinate activities and tasks among sales team members, other internal departments and client or vendor organizations as needed to meet sales goals are achieved.
Assigns, mentor and monitors work of sales team providing technical and analytical support and direction.
Interface with external clients or field-based employees on technical matters as needed.
Manages issues/problems and activity progress to ensure sales goals, ., deadline, scope
are achieved. Assists with service problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
Work on workflow management system for sales tracking and scheduling.
Act as liaison between technical and non-technical teams, in internal organizations as well as in client and vendor organizations to ensure all sales targets and requirements are met.
