Experience – 15+ years in Agri Input Industry (Fertilizer / Agro Chemicals) with team handling of at least 15 plus team members

Job Description:
1. Digital Sales with E-Commerce Idea of Sales.
2. Identify new markets and new potential customers and Suppliers (Business Development)
3. Develop long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
4. Negotiate purchase and sales contracts.
5. Ensure purchase and sales contracts are executed as per demand.
6. Help the sales team develop excellent relationships with customers
7. Communicate with various stakeholders and keep them informed about the market state of affairs
8. Create, update and retain regular reports on purchase and sales data.
9. Procurement and liaising with Govt. Suppliers experience
10. Procurement and Sales Target and Budgeting
11. Promotion handling
12. Suppliers and Customer Meets
13. Creation of demand
14. Demand and Supply management including logistics
15. Data Analysis and action plans
16. Sales and marketing policies
17. Effective corporate communication
18. Pricing strategy and implementation
19. Brand creation
20. Training to customers in increasing sales and margin and helping our Customer on their Growth Plan and Budgeting.
Education:
1. MBA in Agri business or Marketing
2. Excellent communication skill. English language speaking is must
3. Drafting skill
4. Rural sales experience is must
