Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include

* Sourcing and reach out to qualified candidates for current open roles and serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers.

* Create and publish job ads in various job portals

* Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media

Requirements and skills

* Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role

* Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook etc. and also hands-on experience with the job sites like Naukri, Monster and Indeed.

* Strong interpersonal skills and Good written & verbal communications skills
