Job Description:

As a Recruitment Specialist at Zodiac HR Consultant India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

2. Client Management:

- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational structure, and culture.

- Provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Candidate Management:

- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

- Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

4. Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
