JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented HR Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at waayslive Solutions. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various positions. This is a full-time position based in Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

1-3 experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in a non-IT domain.

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work effectively and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.

Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and Sheets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identifying and sourcing

candidates through various channels including online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.

Review resumes and applications to determine the suitability of candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct telephonic interviews to assess the candidate's qualifications and job fit.

Coordinated and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client's staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
