Key Accountability:
• Handle Recruitment Process till the onboarding of the candidate at Client Location.
• Liasioning with Client – Business Stakeholders/ Business Team and take the download on Open Roles.
• Supervise the team of RPO Recruiters to meet Recruitment Timeline and mentor them to enhance their performance.
• Responsible for Stakeholder Management at Client Location.
• Writing JDs and posting to relevant job portals/ social media.
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Arranging telecon, Video or in person Interviews with the Business directly.
• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the Hiring Manager, take the feedback and schedule the Interviews.
• Band/ Level Fitment, CTQs check.
• Connect with HRBP for all the mandates.
• Offering Job Positions and completing the relevant paperwork, Documentation.
• Keeping track of all the applicants.
• Keeping applicants informed on the application process.
• Creating weekly/ monthly reports. Cadence Call with HRBP and Business/ Hiring Managers.
• MIS, Dashboards. Maintaining candidate Database and Trackers.
Desired Skill:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have worked on RPO Model earlier.
• Good Understanding of IT Roles.
• Dynamic, Confident & Good Com Skills.
• Solid Understanding of sourcing Techniques, RPO Model, Stakeholder Management.
