Job Description
We are looking for a Social Care Recruitment professionals to source, interview and select qualified job candidates for our clients. Social Care Recruitment Executive responsibilities include securing Job Orders form the Clients and sourcing candidates from various online channels, evaluating applications and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria.
Responsibilities:
Handling end to end Recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, short listing, coordinating interviews, negotiating and closures)
Screen the candidate suitability and shortlist by reviewing resumes, applications and conducting telephone screening
Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
Calculate recruiting KPIs ( time-to-hire and time-to-fill)
Requirements:-
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English.
Proven work experience as a Recruitment Executive.
Ability to manage the hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing
Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls.
Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Ability to network via social media and other professional platforms, like LinkedIn
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English.
