Manager Responsibilities:
- Identifying opportunities for new hiring through following up with clients.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Fulfil the recruitment on time through respective locations Field Executive.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly if required on client location.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Should be hiring if required field executive.
- Track daily field executive attendance with selfie and report.
- Share daily report with new hiring count and existing client.
- Handle Pan India location operations clients and field executive.
- Focus on increase Manpower.
- Resolve Employer, employee and client queries.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Extensive staffing, manpower providing, logistic or related field experience.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
