Bachelors degree/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

4 - 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within

the real estate industry or similar sectors.

Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates across various levels

and industries.

Strong understanding of business needs and stakeholder expectations with the ability

to translate these into effective recruitment strategies.

Excellent negotiation skills and experience in managing the hiring process from job

requisition through to offer acceptance and onboarding.

Proficiency in using HRMS software and other recruitment tools.
