The Recruiting Coordinator will implement effective recruiting workflows and execute these staffing
strategies to attract qualified and capable candidates that are strong culture adds to the organization.

From your seat in our beautiful new office in downtown Chicago, you will have access to many key
teammates to help respond to client requests timely. Our office is in the heart of the Loop with very
convenient access to all major public transportation lines. Please be aware we are onsite with a
traditional work schedule and are not offering remote or hybrid roles at this time.
Responsibilities & Duties
Facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job
descriptions and hiring criteria.
Implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role,
industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Screens inbound resumes and promotes qualified candidates to hiring managers for further
review.
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection
materials.
Conducts various interviews (via online video/ zoom and in person).
Collects and maintains interview feedback and hiring records.
Performs the following with the goal to lower the cost per hire:
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Amplifies recruiting efforts via social media platforms.
Increase employee awareness of open positions to increase referrals.
Assists with the interview process, sometimes attending and conducting interviews with
managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
